At Cdance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available.
Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Cdance subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided:
- You have used less than 10% of the credits included in your subscription plan
- The refund request is submitted through our support email
Once a refund is approved:
- Your subscription will be immediately cancelled
- Any remaining credits will be removed from your account
- A processing fee of up to 5% may be deducted from the refund amount
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
Credit Pack Refunds
For one-time credit pack purchases, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided:
- You have used less than 50% of the credits in the purchased pack
- The refund request is submitted through our support email
The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
- Full purchase price minus the value of credits already consumed
- A processing fee of up to 5% may be deducted
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since subscription purchase or renewal
- More than 30 days have passed since credit pack purchase
- More than 10% of subscription credits have been used
- More than 50% of credit pack credits have been used
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Promotional or discounted purchases, unless otherwise stated

Please include in your request:
- Your registered email address
- The plan or credit pack you wish to refund
- The reason for your refund request
- Your payment transaction ID (if available)
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
Changes to This Policy
Cdance reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
